   20th Anniversary Open House

   Saturday, August 13th from 10 - 3. On August 13, 2016 we are pleased to open our garden gate to the public! From 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, join us on-site at The Cottage Gardener as we host a variety of activities and celebrate our 20th anniversary. Jump in on a guided tour with Mary and Dan (scheduled for 11:00 AM and 1:30 PM), check out our heritage chickens (and copious cats), pick up some seeds for fall crops, and get a glimpse of what we've got growing. There will be refreshments available, and we encourage you to pack a picnic and explore our properties for the perfect snack spot. Directions: from the 401, take the Newtonville Rd exit. Go north on Newtonville Road to "Crooked Creek" (4th Concession). Turn east (right) onto the 4th Concession and go 2.5 km to Gilmore Rd. Turn north (left) onto Gilmore Rd.The sale this year will be held in the barn next door, 4155 Gilmore Road, just south of our home property. Enter through the field gate and follow the signs! See you then!
